RAW MATERIALS PREPARATION
Goat cashmere
We collect goat cashmere from more than 30 herders cooperatives in Dornod, Khentii, Arkhangai, Zavkhan and Bayankhongor(white) provinces every year.
Yak down
We collect and prepare yak down from more than 20 herders cooperatives in Uvurkhangai, Arkhangai and Bayankhongor provinces every year.
Camel wool
The finest camel wool is collected from more than 60 herders cooperatives in Umnugobi, Dundgobi, Uvurkhangai and Bayankhongor provinces every year.
sorting
Cashmere, yak and camel wool, hair are sorted by 20 grade at professional level. Daily sorting output is 4-5 tons of raw materials.
Under strict quality standards employees do the sorting by feeling with their hands and scanning by their eyes. Almost 70% of the workers have been employed here for 7-15 years, gaining great deal of experience.
dehairing
In the Dehairing Factory scoured cashmere get separated from coarse hair becoming semi-processed cashmere products in the process. This production requires precise level of humidity and temperature. Machinist’s skill, experience, machineries settings and adjustments are very important in manufacturing quality products.
The Dehairing workshop has 8 long lines with capacity to dehair 20-30 tons of washed raw materials and manufacture produced wool per month. Carded wool and cashmere exported to Italy, Japan, Taiwan, Germany, India, Nepal and China.
Dyeing
Capacity of the Dyeing workshop is 18 ton cashmere & wool per month. It is equipped with low pressure dyeing and drying equipment that uses softened water. Dyeing, bleaching, drying, mixing and removing plant junks of the carded wool processed in seven production lines.
Spinning
The Spinning workshop has two set of spinning machinery namely “OCTIR” from Italy and “TATHEM” types from United Kingdom.
They are capable to process average of 14 tons of single spun yarns and 8 tons of double spun yarns in a month. It has five main production lines of Carding, spinning, winding, double winding and twisting.
Knitting & Weaving
The Knitting workshop manufactures more than 1000 assortments of products including cardigans, sweaters, jerseys, hats, scarves, blankets, pants and coats made by cashmere, yak wool and camel wool for men, women and kids.
We have “STOLL” computerized machinery in gauges of 16G, 12G, 7G, and 3.5.2G. Current annual capacity is 90,000 pcs of knitwear and weaving products. We sell our products not only in domestic market, but also export to Germany, Taiwan, Japan, Kazakhstan, Austria, England, USA, Australia& Russia.
